Aspire MCL is offering one-to-one, 90-day coaching packages to anyone wanting to boost their leadership development journey.
The programme will include:
3 x online coaching sessions (typically 60 mins).
‘How goes it?’ phone calls in between each session to provide support and additional tailored advice.
A free online SDI 2.0 assessment (RRP £110) to gain clarity around motivations; reactions to stress and conflict; preferred behaviours at work; and which behaviours are most likely to be overused.
Expert coaching by Aspire MCL’s owner and founder, Ian Kirkby. Ian is an NLP Business Practitioner with a wealth of additional qualifications and in-depth experience in coaching, mentoring and facilitating at all levels in diverse cultures and sectors.
Session 1 will clarify what you want to achieve from the programme and we will make an immediate start on identifying practical courses of action that can be applied straight away.
Over the 3 sessions, you will be taught how to use SDI 2.0 to improve internal and external working relationships at all levels. Other content will be tailored to YOUR needs and could include the tasks of a leader, strategic thinking, leading change, effective decision-making, coaching and mentoring, work-life balance, public speaking, leading meetings, etc.
Cost:
The 90-day programme costs only £1,500 if paid in full in advance, or 3 x £550 if you wish to pay monthly.
If you prefer to meet face-to-face, motor expenses will be charged at 45p/mile and rail/tube fares at cost price.
